Position Overview Augment Professional Services (APS) is seeking a Marketing Director to lead brand development, product marketing, and digital marketing strategy for a growing organization in the automotive aftermarket and lubricant product sector. The Marketing Director will oversee marketing strategy, product positioning, brand management, and digital marketing initiatives designed to support sales growth and brand visibility. This role will develop marketing campaigns, manage content development, and oversee digital platforms including websites, e-commerce channels, and social media. The position requires strong leadership and the ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling marketing messaging for distributors, retailers, and automotive service professionals. Qualifications Required Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 7 years of marketing experience with leadership responsibilities Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns Strong digital marketing experience including SEO, paid media, and analytics Experience managing brand strategy and product marketing initiatives Strong communication and leadership skills Experience managing external agencies or marketing vendors Preferred Experience / Qualifications Experience in automotive aftermarket, industrial products, or chemical manufacturing Experience supporting distributor or retail product marketing channels Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools Experience managing product launches and brand development initiatives APS Consulting Footer Augment Professional Services (APS) delivers specialized talent, consulting expertise, and project support to organizations operating in complex technical environments.
