Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager-People Systems to oversee
various HRIS modules and ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of HRIS
platforms to align with organizational goals
Lead system-specific projects, managing timelines, budgets, and
resources for successful implementation
Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and stakeholders to
ensure system enhancements meet organizational needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HRIS systems such as Workday,
SuccessFactors, or Oracle
Comprehensive understanding of HRIS platforms and the System
Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in project management and user adoption
Experience in vendor management and negotiating system
enhancements
