Job Description:
Gilded Compass , a significant advisory firm in the
telecommunications business, is searching for a dedicated and
customer-focused Customer Service Account Associate to build and
nurture strong relationships with customers acquired through our
Frontier Communications campaign in Houston. As a growing business
consulting firm committed to exceptional customer engagement and
long-term partnerships, we are looking for an individual to ensure
the ongoing satisfaction and growth of our valued Frontier
customers who were initially engaged through our direct efforts. As
a Customer Service Account Associate, you will be the primary point
of contact for a portfolio of customers acquired through our
efforts in Houston. Your focus as a Customer Service Account
Associate will be on fostering lasting relationships with these
customers, understanding their evolving needs related to Frontier's
internet, phone, and other services they signed up for via our
direct outreach, and identifying opportunities to enhance their
experience and strengthen our long-term partnership with them. Key
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Account Associate: Serve
as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of direct customers
in Houston who were initially acquired through the Frontier
Communications campaign. Nurture strong, lasting relationships with
assigned customers after their initial engagement to maximize
satisfaction and retention. Promptly and effectively address
customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, collaborating with
internal teams to ensure a positive post-sale experience. Identify
opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Frontier Communications
services or upgrades to existing acquired customers based on their
needs and usage. Provide customized support and recommendations by
thoroughly understanding each customer's experience with their
Frontier services. Collaborate with the sales and technical support
teams to ensure seamless ongoing support and a positive long-term
relationship with our customer base. Track and report on key
customer account metrics (satisfaction, retention, growth
opportunities).
