Provide life insurance and financial protection solutions to families and individuals Educate clients on policies that prevent financial disaster during times of loss Manage your own book of business through virtual appointments - Use our proven internal blueprint and warm leads—NO COLD calling necessary Represent core values: Service Over Sales, always putting clients first Set and achieve aggressive personal and team goals. Use tracking systems to monitor metrics and growth benchmarks. Participate in incentive contests, team challenges, and leadership summits. Tech savvy and understand how to operate zoom calls Entrepreneurial Ownership Must be 18 years old and able to pass a background check Must have valid work authorization in the US Life, Health, & Accident License (Assistance provided in obtaining this state license)
