Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Representative - Property &
Casualty.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance
products, services, and policies
Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and
chat
Ensure a great customer experience while adhering to company and
state regulations
Required Qualifications
H.S. diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience
preferred
Experience in the Insurance or Finance industry is helpful
Must complete the Service Representative Trainee Program and obtain
necessary licenses within 12 months
Internet speed of at least 10 mb/s download and 1 mb/s upload
required
