This is a unique opportunity to join a leading Enterprise information technology firm. We are a key provider of specialist IT consulting, development, training and support services to a wide range of clients in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe, and internationally.

We have an exciting newly created opportunity for a talented Microsoft Business Applications Sales/ Business Development Manager in Texas.

The successful applicant will have a proven sales track record in Microsoft's Business Applications suite and would be responsible for helping our new and existing customers transform how they run their business. The successful applicant will be responsible for new business accounts, partner/channel management, and developing and maintaining effective relationships with key clients. The role would see you managing the end-to-end sales cycle working alongside a strong team of technical solution experts across the globe.

Reporting into the CCO, you will be a sales leader that can sell value added staff augmentation and technology consulting solutions with a strong sense of customer centricity, you will actively foster new opportunities and client relationships.

*The role: *

* Business Development - responsible for building a portfolio - driving revenues within the assigned set of accounts thru the entire Opportunity Management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close. This involves identifying business opportunities, selling concepts to the client where required and influencing the client
* Develop a sales strategy together with the sales team and lead with a growth mindset.
* Build sales pipeline for the Microsoft Business Solutions offering by using insights to prospect, network and engage with potential clients.
* Strong Sales experience in the Microsoft Business Solutions offerings including Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, etc.
* Accountability for strategic growth opportunities within the region.
* Generation of new business.
* Establish and maintain contact with new and existing clients/partners on a regular basis so as to maximise sales and profit opportunities
* Help develop Business Development opportunities across the business globally.
* Maintain relationships with existing clients/partners and secure new business from organisations within utilities, transport and telecommunications.
* Identify, develop and manage commercial partnerships.
* Assist in strategic development including new business opportunities, strategic directions and business management tasks..

* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Technology savvy and the ability to identify market trends and stay ahead of emerging business trends.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement
* A thorough understanding of and ability to operate effectively within the sales cycle.
* Must be able to thrive under high pressure and consistently deliver results.
* Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders in a professional and ethical manner.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
