Job Duties:

Evaluate the performance of different sales teams using different MIS Tools such as: MS Excel, Power BI, SAS etc. to make certain that the teams perform in the right direction;
Track and examine the expenses incurred by different teams to make sure the best use of company's resources;
Compare current revenue and expenses with historical data;
Forecast future sales and expenses and prepare budget accordingly;
Preparing Dashboard, Charts and other Data visualization figures from the data using different MIS applications;
Maintain records for updates, schedules, meetings, and project logs;
Conduct regular meetings to review project developments and deliverables and make presentations to management via MS PowerPoint;
Determine innovative and latest approach to improve customer satisfaction by utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
Test and improve system operations.


Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Financial Services, or a related field plus 1 year in the job offered or 1 year of experience in an executive or manager position engaging in Sales and Business Analysis. Must have 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Must have the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations with a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles. Must have strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
