towards safe and repeatable space flight. Join us in lowering the

millions of people living and working in space to benefit
Earth.
As part of a hardworking team of diverse technicians and engineers,
you will be involved in the refurbishment of the New Shepard
spacecrafts from landing through the next launch. You will share in
the team's impact on all aspects of operating and maintaining
launch vehicles through all phases of launch, land, repeat cycle.
This role is hands-on, and will be on the maintenance floor helping
to coordinate and execute repairs, upgrades and modifications to
the flight vehicles as we work to constantly improve our vehicle
and operational capabilities.
Once New Shepard rolls back into the barn following a mission, you
immediately begin getting the vehicles ready for launch again,
performing inspections and working with other members of the
maintenance team to implement repairs and upgrades to get the
vehicle ready for another safe flight. Every day, our team draws
upon a wide breadth of engineering skills, along with a team of
highly experienced technicians to improve our processes and the
refurbishment workflow every day. Additionally, you will support
both engineers and technicians by writing work orders that meet
engineering requirements while also providing clear, high-fidelity
instruction for the technicians performing them.
This is a job that requires you to be a hands-on, highly
collaborative and energetic individual that always welcomes a
challenge. You are motivated to do or learn whatever is required to
get the job done while maintaining the high standards required for
safe human spaceflight.
We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise,
leadership skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact
safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is
required!
