Marketing Campaign Manager is a strategic and hands-on role,
responsible for leading and executing integrated, multi-channel
marketing campaigns that drive member growth, engagement, and
retention. This role combines creativity with execution, requiring
someone equally comfortable in brainstorming sessions, data
analysis, and rolling up their sleeves to fulfill day-to-day
tactical needs. As a key member of the marketing team with a high
level of responsibility for marketing department operations, you’ll
collaborate closely with the Vice President, the Content Strategy
and Creative Lead and with internal teams across the organization
and agency partners to deliver multi-channel campaigns. This is

data, and community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Vice President to lead and manage marketing
campaigns that drive business goals from developing actionable
campaign briefs to execution, aligning internal stakeholders and
agency partners around objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with the Vice President and Business Analysts to
establish and measure results. Develop and manage campaign
calendars, channel marketing calendars and content calendars to
ensure timely execution and alignment with marketing strategies.
Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual events in partnership
with retail and business teams to enhance member experience and
increase visibility. Research and maintain an ongoing calendar of
community events, sponsorship opportunities, civic activities in
current and future branch markets that foster community
relationship and present opportunities for MCCU staff to represent
the organization and build goodwill through presence and engagement
including with the Hero Community Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to design and implement marketing assets and messaging, and
ensure they are consistent, compliant, and on-brand. Monitor and
report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics to
optimize outcomes. Maintain accurate CRM lists, campaign data, and
ensure timely updates to marketing systems in conjunction with the
Business Analysts. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and
brand standards in all campaign elements. Stay current on marketing
trends, tools, and compliance developments relevant to credit
unions and financial services. Manage and fulfill weekly requests
from branches for collateral and promotional items; maintain and
track marketing inventory Manage external vendors and other
creatives, as needed, that could include printers, mail houses,
agency partners, designers, etc. Work closely with the Vice
President of Marketing on larger digital initiatives such as
website refreshes, platform enhancements, and system integrations.
Possess experience with managing and updating website content,
ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing initiatives. The
candidate should be comfortable handling basic updates and
coordinating with internal teams or external partners, as needed.
Drive and/or participate in special projects and other initiatives
for the marketing and other internal departments, as needed. Other
duties as assigned. Foster and maintain positive relationships with
both co-workers and members by actively embracing and demonstrating
MCCU’s culture, known as IMPACT. Essential Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
6–8 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, preferably in
financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry Proven success
in developing, launching, and optimizing integrated marketing
campaigns with work samples and/or case studies to share Strong
experience in both traditional and digital marketing, direct
response, email, events, and paid media Possess a solid
understanding of SEO, paid digital advertising and related digital
marketing strategies. Should be able to effectively interface with
agency partners, evaluate recommendations and provide strategic
input to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Proficiency in
full Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional internal
teams Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new
systems, platforms, and tools. The ideal candidate is resourceful,
curious, and able to adapt rapidly to new environments, ensuring
effective use of marketing and operational systems as needed.
Proven project manager with proficiency in project management
software (Asana preferred) to effectively plan, track and deliver
marketing initiatives on time and within planned scope Demonstrated
proficiency in HubSpot, including management of advanced
segmentation, workflows, campaign tracking, and the development of
landing pages and email campaigns to drive measurable results
Experience developing content in creative platforms (e.g., Adobe
Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, Canva) Familiarity with credit
union/banking regulations and compliance is a plus Skills/Abilities
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the
ability to manage multiple initiatives at once Solid data analysis
skills with a passion for improving KPIs and member experience A
creative mindset with strong brand development skills A customer
service personality with strong interpersonal and communication
skills Must be able to adhere to brand standards and style
guidelines, financial institution regulations. Must be able to work
occasional evenings and weekends, if needed. Physical Requirements
