Job Details Description Position Summary The Marketing Specialist supports Eagle Analytical’s marketing and digital initiatives by executing campaigns, creating content, and maintaining marketing channels that drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with Marketing, Business Development, and internal teams to deliver high-quality digital, print, and event-based marketing assets aligned with company goals and regulatory standards. What You Will Do Generate demand for Eagle Analytical products and services through targeted marketing initiatives. Planning, executing and optimizing Google advertising campaigns such as Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max. Write and produce marketing copy for ads, email campaigns, website content, blogs, magazines, social media, and promotional materials. Develop visual assets including graphics, images, and video content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools. Assist with video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus). Manage, update, and maintain the company’s WordPress website; Ensure website performance, responsiveness, security, and cross-browser/device compatibility Manage ongoing improvements to website functionality, user experience, and accessibility . Update and maintain publicly available website documents for accuracy and consistency. Optimize content for SEO and usability in collaboration with senior team members. Create and publish social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.). Maintain a regular content schedule with a minimum of weekly posts. Assist with paid advertising campaigns and performance tracking. Support ad creation for print and digital placements. Develop marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, displays, and trade show materials. Support company events, trade shows, and internal initiatives. Assist with internal marketing communications such as newsletters, internal emails, and employee-related content. Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and contact management. Support CRM initiatives and campaign execution (HubSpot experience a plus). Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance. Track engagement metrics, campaign results, and support budget monitoring. Assist with special projects as assigned. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or related roles. Strong copywriting skills; writing samples required. Experience with WordPress; HTML/CSS a plus. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic video editing experience preferred. Email marketing and social media management experience. Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
