Job Description

• Must have done at least Two Sitecore enterprise implementations in the capacity of Architect/Lead.
• Should have knowledge of Sitecore Helix based Architecture and development experience in building solution using Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA).
• Must have experience in implementing and hosting Sitecore solution on Azure App Services using Managed Cloud (PaaS)
• Must have good understanding of all Sitecore platform offerings including new capabilities, latest acquisitions, integrations/connectors, marketplace components etc.
• Responsible for leading design to development and setup of Product and Asset information architecture, taxonomy, defining entities/categories/keywords, properties, relations, templates, workflows, asset bulk ingestions, bulk export within DAM.
• Good working knowledge of complete Sitecore experience platform - Experience Platform, Marketing, and analytics features Email and Web campaigns, personalization, Experience Optimizations (A/B and Multi-Variate testing), User Management etc.
• Architect large-scale Sitecore solutions, including logical and physical design of system components such as capacity planning for database, server architecture and communications frameworks to support Sitecore implementations
• Should be well versed with architectural designs patterns/principles, web security vulnerabilities, performance tuning, envision NFRs and implement it.
• Should be able to evaluate current state of architecture, platform and provide architectural recommendations to improve maintainability, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Should have experience in integrating with systems such as SFDC (Client CRM), Marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Google Analytics and Identity access Management system etc.
• Collaborate with clients business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and convert them into architecture and low-level design.
• Participate in client workshops, understand, and build Sitecore solution architecture (physical & logical) in consideration to external integration systems such as Digital Asset Management, Product Information Systems, Social, Identity Management etc.

• Should be good at documentation of the overall system physical, logical, and technical architecture and describe its various components, features, and functionality in sufficient detail.
• Good working knowledge of enterprise search, Analytics and Personalization engine.
• Experience in working with .Net framework, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and familiarity with best practices.
• Strong relational database experience including database design/ normalization preferably on MSSQL/ MySQL/Oracle
• Should be well versed with architectural designs patterns, envision NFRs and implement it.

• Must have experience of working at client location in one or more geographies and should be willing to travel.
• Must have good understanding of Sitecore platform offerings including new capabilities
• Experience in Agile is desirable.
• Good and effective communication skills with leadership qualities.
• Understanding and experience Agile ways of working and performing Agile ceremonies.
