Job Purpose

  • The Implementation Coordinator facilitates the onboarding of new customers by documenting pertinent data from the customer and directing it through proper channels so that it is accessible by all. The Implementation Coordinator also manages changes to existing customers' documentation to ensure that clear and accurate information is available to Wisenbaker's employees.Primary Duties & Responsibilities
    • Leads the Implementation Meeting by guiding the customer through the process of collecting all of their pertinent data
    • Establishes best practices with the customer during the Implementation Meeting
    • Communicates information gathered from the Implementation Meeting with the rest of Wisenbaker's employee base by hosting Internal Implementations and posting documentation to Homebase
    • Maintains changes the Account Manager make for existing customers by documenting each change with accuracy, clarity, and integrity
    • Scan in installation cheat sheets and visuals to Echelon
    • Update customer comments that print on work orders
    • Link up communities and plans in Echelon
    • Communicate with necessary parties about changes to important customer documentsQualifications & Required Skills
      • Education - High school diploma is required, while an Associates or 4-year Bachelor's degree is preferred
      • Experience - 18 months of experience at Wisenbaker is strongly preferred. Part of the importance of this position is to be able to understand in depth how each change made to a customer's program or processes will affect the other departments before authorizing the change.
      • Specialized knowledge - Job experience at Wisenbaker in specific positions will help the Implementation Coordinator's understanding of the company as a whole. Preferred job experience or job knowledge includes but is not limited to: Customer Relation Specialist, Account Manager, Field Area Manager, Biller, Estimating Operations.
      • Skills - Must be proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
      • Other personal characteristics - high level of attention to detail, good communication and presentation skills, ability to problem solve, a strong work ethic, and a tolerance to adversity (a "thick skin").Working ConditionsThe Implementation Coordinator position is an office position with a person generally employed in each of the branches. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position. Hours are flexible, but generally are either 7:00 - 4:00, 7:30 - 4:30, or 8:00 - 5:00. A candidate for this position must be willing to travel on occasion to fulfill customer meetings in the other branches if the Implementation Coordinator in that branch is out. There is also an occasional meeting in Houston the candidate must travel for.
