Nurse Manager (RN) ? Progressive Care
What you will do in this role:
Identifies areas for improvement with Progressive Care Unit
staffing and processes.
Seeks and implements solutions to actual
and potential problems identified in the Progressive Care
Identifies staff development needs and
provides plan to improve deficiencies or advance the level of
Creates and maintains an atmosphere in
the workplace that is conducive to employee?s personal and
Willingly provides direct patient care
Assists Charge Nurse in managing patient
Graduate of an
Accredited School of Nursing; BSN required
as an RN in the State of Texas.
America Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life
Support Course (BCLS) (BLS) and certification
three years recent clinical experience ? Intermediate Care
two years nursing management experience preferred.
