As part of our dedicated team, you will utilize top-tier vehicles and technology to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods, adhering to all federal and state regulations. Operate a tractor-trailer or truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds per Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Perform daily safety and maintenance checks; report any issues to management promptly. Plan routes efficiently and coordinate delivery schedules in line with client expectations. Adhere to all safety regulations and standards related to transportation and handling of goods. Complete logs and reports, documenting dispatch and delivery details. Maintain communication with dispatch coordinators to manage schedules and timely deliveries. Ensure safe loading and unloading practices, securing cargo to prevent damage during transport. Strong driving record with proficiency in driving large vehicles Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work long hours and in different weather conditions Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required Must have a clean driving record DOT Medical card
