(Split Shift) | Paid Weekly About the Role Full Moon Builders is
seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Bus Driver to transport
workers to and from job sites near Baytown, TX. This split-shift
position involves consistent morning and evening runs, ideal for
experienced drivers supporting contracted energy sector
construction projects. This is a 1099 independent contractor
position. Schedule & Pay ? Split Shift: Morning and Evening (exact
times provided during interview) ? $20/hour or $160/day (flat rate
for both shifts) ? Paid weekly Location Requirement ? Must live
within a 30-minute drive of the Baytown/Mont Belvieu jobsite ?
Early pickups may be required due to weather or emergency
situations Key Responsibilities ? Safely transport workers between
designated pick-up points and the jobsite, navigating both paved
roads and unpaved terrain ? Conduct daily pre- and post-trip
vehicle inspections ? Maintain bus cleanliness and perform basic
upkeep ? Follow all traffic and safety laws ? Communicate clearly
and professionally with team members Qualifications ? CDL Class A
or B with Passenger (“P”) endorsement and Airbrakes ? Current DOT
physical ? Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience ? Clean
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) ? Ability to perform daily pre- and
post-trip vehicle inspections ? Ability to pass a drug screening ?
Strong punctuality and reliability ? Ability to adapt to schedule
