Our Attorneys have been providing strategic representation in complex legal matters and litigation for over 40 years. As we grow our team, we are looking for an Attorney with litigation experience, preferably in insurance first-and third-party defense. In Return, We Offer: Competitive Compensation Contingent On Experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Generous Paid Time Off Package Who You Are: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Must be admitted to practice in Texas Defense Litigation Experience in Personal Injury, Auto, Trucking, and/or Product Liability Cases Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Experience in retaining experts, taking depositions, drafting dispositive motions, reporting to carriers, and capturing your own time What You Will Be Doing? Represent clients in insurance defense litigation cases in court and during settlement negotiations Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of their cases Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other legal professionals to gather evidence and develop case strategies Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents in insurance defense and litigation Manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining client communication - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
