the Academy Engineer - Customer Trainer, you will proactively
identify content gaps, collaborating with internal teams to design,
build, and create engaging training content (videos, interactive
exercises) using authoring tools, culminating in the delivery of
in-person CDF/Atlas AI Bootcamps. What You'll Do You will be in a
unique position to identify gaps in our content roadmap and create
the courses and hands-on exercises needed to fill them (as Academy
Subject Matter Expert ). You will collaborate with internal SMEs to
design and build courses . You will use the Academy's authoring and
learning management system tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Vyond,
Skilljar) to create engaging videos, animations, and interactive
content. You will be delivering in-person Bootcamps on CDF/Atlas
AI. The Impact you bring to Cognite You will create and deliver
training content to customer and partner audiences of varying
technical backgrounds . You will deliver live training sessions
virtually and in-person (up to 25% travel). Training level varies
from introductory (e.g., CDF Fundamentals) to highly complex (e.g.,
4-day CDF Delivery Bootcamp). Proven ability to explain complex
technical concepts to diverse audiences . Utilizing instructional
design methodologies to structure and package comprehensive
training programs Required Qualifications Training & Communication
Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills . Proven
ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
. Experience utilizing instructional design methodologies to
structure and package training programs. Core Technical Experience
5 years of proven working experience in a technical role such as a
data engineer . Proficiency in Python and SQL . Experience working
with Cognite Data FusionĀ® or similar industrial data platforms
