Job Description Job Description Overview CTG is seeking to fill
an Adobe Workfront Business Transformation Consultant position for
our client. Location: Houston, TX Duration: 12 months Position
Summary: We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Business
Transformation Consultant to support enterprise marketing and
operational transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong
blend of business consulting, Adobe implementation expertise, and
stakeholder engagement. The consultant will assess current
processes, design optimized workflows, and deliver scalable
solutions aligned to strategic business objectives. Key
Responsibilities: Lead business assessments to identify process
improvement and transformation opportunities. Configure and
implement Adobe Workfront solutions including workflows, templates,
dashboards, and reporting. Support Adobe implementation efforts
across marketing and business operations. Partner with business
leaders to align Adobe capabilities with organizational strategy.
Drive marketing transformation initiatives to improve efficiency,
visibility, and resource management. Facilitate requirements
gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Support change
management, user adoption, and training activities. Collaborate
with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Operations,
and IT. Monitor performance metrics and recommend continuous
improvements. Required Skills: Adobe Workfront configuration and
administration Adobe implementation experience Marketing
transformation and workflow optimization Strong business analysis
and stakeholder engagement skills Project management and
organizational change management experience Required Experience:
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Adobe Workfront in
enterprise environments Experience delivering business or digital
transformation initiatives Proven ability to translate business
needs into technology solutions Experience working with
cross-functional teams in complex organizations Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a
related field (or equivalent experience) Adobe Workfront or Adobe
certifications preferred Excellent verbal and written English
communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
