Job Title: Kahua Automation Specialist Location: Houston, TX and Greenville, SC 29607 (Hybrid/Onsite) Employment Type: 12-Month Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $45/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday | Must be available between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Kahua Automation Specialist to support and enhance enterprise-level EPC workflow systems, with a focus on the Kahua platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in systems analysis, design, documentation, and testing of IT solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain enterprise workflow systems (e.g., Kahua). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement software solutions. Lead or assist in project planning, status meetings, and milestone tracking. Develop and document software applications and workflows. Ensure compliance with IT, security, and data privacy policies. Communicate project progress and escalate issues when needed. Stay current with trends in enterprise software development and propose improvements. Analyst/Project Management Duties: Act as a key liaison with clients to gather and document business requirements. Analyze existing processes and propose IT-driven improvements. Oversee scope, schedule, deployment, and integration tasks. Coordinate and support change requests and system enhancements.
