Primary Skill: Sharepoint Developer
Secondary Skill: XML, .NET, SQL, C#, SharePoint Administration

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 Administration with a focus on SharePoint Administration
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online Administration and Development in a retail environment
• bility to meet with design and business teams to review website and application requirements
• Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies
• Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications
• Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery and other web services
• bility to write and maintain PowerShell Scripts and scripting environments
• Reviewing website interface and software stability
• Troubleshooting, testing, and debugging sites and code
• bility to interact with end users to provide technical support and gather feedback
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must possess strong organization skills, including a keen attention to detail
• Minimum 4 year degree required
  Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 SharePoint Tenant, application portfolio and client-side technologies
  • Ability to serve as an escalation point for our Level 2 support and Helpdesk teams
  • Plan and document multi-step complex changes and develop disaster recovery procedures
  • Interest in new technology (mobile applications, video, bots, etc.) and staying up to date with technology roadmaps and feature rollouts
  • Contact and work with vendor support for hardware and/or software problem resolution
  • Be available for rotating 24/7 on-call support
    Other Desired Skills
    • Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate experience
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 automation and monitoring in an Enterprise landscape
    • Teams Bot creation and support
    • Graph API programming
    • Microsoft Certifications and licensing comprehension are a plus
