ROLE DESCRIPTION: S enior contributor responsible to lead the team and build complex modules by bringing deep core Sitecore technology expertise to the table for fulfilling clients business requirements of client
looking for a Sitecore Technical Lead, responsible to play the role of Jr. Architect with total experience of 7+ years and relevant experience of 3+ years in development of Sitecore CMS 10.x solutions
KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• 7+ Years of total experience in developing web applications based on .NET MVC framework.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise level Sitecore solutions on Sitecore Experience Platform 9.x-10.x
• Must have done at least Two Sitecore enterprise implementations in the capacity of Lead/Developer.
• Experience in setting up and configuring modern enterprise level digital asset management (DAM) system specifically Sitecore Content Hub (DAM and PCM) to manage large volumes of digital assets and products is good to have.
• Experience in building Sitecore solutions using Sitecores Helix guidelines (good to have)
• Possess understanding of Sitecore core concepts and modules Authoring, versioning, Publishing, Configuration patching, setting up Template inheritance, Sitecore Forms, Media Library, Item Presentation, user management.
• Develop solution using SXA based components, page and partial designs, templates, Sites presentation (Layout, Renderings). Should understand component reusability, implementing template inheritance and setting up of item/source restrictions.
• Hands-on development and setup of Asset information architecture, Product taxonomy, entities, schemas, categories, attributes, relations, templates, workflows, asset bulk ingestions, bulk export within DAM.
• Deep knowledge of Sitecore Architecture and Design, Common API Classes and Security Model. Good understanding of Sitecore modules such as Sitecore Forms and core CMS Concepts, Sitecore object model, Sitecore APIs, Package development and deployment.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and web services for a distributed systems architecture.
• Should have experience in implementing and Sitecore solutions hosted and managed on Cloud (IaaS/PaaS).
• Must have good understanding of all Sitecore platform offerings including new capabilities, latest acquisitions, integrations/connectors, marketplace components etc.
• Experience in working with .Net framework, JavaScript, CSS, and familiarity with best practices.
• Experience in integrating with enterprise level 3 rd party systems such as SFDC (Client CRM), Marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Google Analytics and Identity access Management system etc.
• Experience in implementing enterprise level search solution or integrating any popular search engine such as Solr, Coveo with Sitecore to enable external website search.
• Experience in configuring and using at least one of the Sitecore synchronization tools such as Unicorn or TDS.
• Drive technical design, implementation and provide technical expertise to team.
• Responsible to collaborate and work with Architects/Delivery Manager, Product Owners to execute projects as per the requirements.
• Drives technical design and implementation and provide technical expertise to the project team.
• Diagnose and solve technical problems related to CMS implementation. Perform bug fixing, unit testing and root cause analysis.
• Perform regular code/design reviews.
• Strong relational database experience including database design/ normalization preferably on MSSQL/ MySQL/Oracle
• Document the overall system physical, logical, and technical architecture and describe its various components, features, and functionality in sufficient detail.
• Must have good understanding of Sitecore platform offerings including new capabilities.
• Good and effective communication skills with leadership qualities.
• Understanding and experience Agile ways of working and performing Agile ceremonies.
