Keywords Mainframe Automation through Tivoli System Automation for
z/OS
u Manage applications and subsystems startup and shutdown through
Tivoli System Automation for z/OS.
u Create/Manage Rules in Automation tables, CRT, MRT in System
Automation.
u Add New started task to Automation Control File.
u Build new System Automation policies.
u System Automation Installation and Migration.
u Manipulate policies as per customer need.
u Add timers to recycle the subsystems and issue commands as
needed.
u Add message id in automation table to trap the message and send
alert to operations console.
u Set up alert message and notify operations about the application
in problem state.
u Performed root cause problem analysis using system and
application logs.
u Automation checkouts performed during Disaster Recovery.
u Good understanding of TSO/e REXX, Netview REXX, PIPEs and Global
Variables
