Employer Description
Texas Children's is one of the nation's largest and most
comprehensive pediatric and women's health systems, grounded in a
mission to create a healthier future for children and women across
our communities and around the world. With more than 15,000 team
members and a rapidly expanding network of care, Texas Children's
delivers at scale while remaining deeply personal in how we serve
patients and families.
Our culture is anchored in our HEART values - Humility, Excellence,
Accountability, Respect, and Trust - which define how we lead,
collaborate, and care. These values are not aspirational; they are
operational. They guide decision-making and shape how we care for
patients, support families, and show up for each other every
day.
Our system spans four hospital campuses - Texas Medical Center,
West Campus, The Woodlands, and North Austin - alongside one of the
largest pediatric primary care networks in the country, urgent care
centers, and Texas Children's Health Plan, the nation's first HMO
focused exclusively on children. Together, these capabilities
position Texas Children's to influence health outcomes far beyond
the walls of our hospitals, reaching families across Texas and
extending our global impact through strategic partnerships.
Texas Children's is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All
applicants and employees are considered and evaluated for positions
at Texas Children's without regard to mental or physical
disability, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age,
genetic information, military or veteran status, sexual
orientation, gender identity, marital status or any other protected
Federal, State/Province or Local status unrelated to the
performance of the work involved.
