You will work with residents recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and maintain functional independence under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active Texas PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC preferred. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide interventions per plan of care and document treatments in medical records. Ability to work under PT delegation and supervision and instruct patients, families, and caregivers. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
