This position is crucial for providing specialized respiratory care services to patients across all age groups. With cutting-edge technology at your disposal, you will play a key role in emergency care, surgical assistance, and comprehensive patient management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in respiratory care, possess a robust understanding of respiratory devices, and commit to the highest standards of patient safety and care. Assess and monitor patient respiratory functions and administer appropriate treatments. Manage ventilation and airway device setups, adjustments, and operations. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement respiratory care plans. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and families on respiratory care and preventive measures. Stay current with advancements in the field and maintain clinical competency. Proficiency in the use of respiratory care equipment and devices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
