The Center has a team of well-renowned congenital cardiologists, interventionalists, surgeons, imagers, anesthesiologists, and pulmonologists who work collaboratively to manage patients with complex congenital diseases. Opportunity Highlights - Inpatient ACHD consultative services in a well-renowned adult cardiovascular program - Opportunity to establish an ACHD inpatient service to manage adult congenital heart disease patients - Outpatient adult congenital clinics that serve as regional referral centers from the metro Houston area and outlying states - Busy and well-established pediatric congenital heart disease program that is consistently ranked by U.S. News & World Report - Well respected High-Risk OB services - Well-recognized Aortopathy team - Large patient panel coming from all over the US and the world for advanced diagnosis and innovative treatments - Care for ACHD patients with an end-stage disease requiring heart failure and transplantation - Be an active member of the adult congenital heart disease transplant team - Interest in ACHD heart failure and transplant and clinical or basic science research will be highly considered - Opportunity for flexibility and to participate in teaching activities and other departmental initiatives Community Highlights - A leading cultural and culinary destination, Houston is America's fourth-largest city.
