Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly
qualified, experienced pediatric registered nurse to join our team.
This full-time position entails providing comprehensive patient
care, which includes 12-hour shifts, available on Friday, Saturday,
and Sunday, ALL DAY DAYSHIFT POSITION. Conducting comprehensive
assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and
implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Monitoring patients' progress and response to
treatments, making adjustments as necessary. Educating patients and
their families about health conditions, and treatment based on plan
of care. proficiently managing cases like: Gastrostomy tubes,
Oxygen management, Tracheostomy care and Ventilator care etc.
effectively collaborating with other healthcare professionals to
ensure the optimal well-being of our valued clients. Stay informed
about current best practices in home care and workers compensation
law.
