You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills
assessments Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA
treatment plans Provide caregiver training and ongoing family
support Supervise and mentor RBTs, BCaBAs, and QASP-S staff Analyze
behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making Collaborate with
a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical leadership team What You
Bring Active Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification in good
standing with QABA Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education,
or a related field Supervisory experience with RBTs, BCaBAs, and/or
QASP-S professionals Pay & Benefits $5,000 sign-on bonus
