We are currently seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team, providing both facility-based and home-based services. In this role, you will assess and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, contributing to our mission of setting the standard for comprehensive, patient-centered health services in a comforting environment. Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and swallowing abilities to diagnose disorders and develop treatment plans. Implement personalized therapy interventions to address patient-specific needs, documenting progress and adjusting treatments as necessary. Educate patients and families about speech disorders and effective communication techniques. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate records and report on patient progress to healthcare providers and family members. Strong understanding of speech-language pathology principles and practices. Ability to design and implement effective therapeutic interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for both patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams. Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and therapeutic devices specific to speech pathology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
