Aveanna Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for night shift duties, providing in-home nursing care to our patients in need. This role is pivotal in helping patients achieve their highest level of wellness within the comfort and safety of their own homes. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional care to pediatric and adult patients. Provide one-on-one nursing care in the home setting. Execute proper medication management and treatment as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions consistently and report changes as necessary. Educate patients and family members on proper home health care strategies and procedures. Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records. Ability to manage time effectively. Strong clinical skills with attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN license valid in the state of employment. CPR certification preferred.
