The APP shall work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, extending high-quality, patient-centered acute and preventative care. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute significantly towards innovations in patient care, while also advancing their professional skills in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment. Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and deliver appropriate treatment. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to formulate cohesive patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Conduct research to stay abreast of medical innovations and progress in patient care. Participate in the development of health care protocols and guidelines. Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills. Adept in multi-disciplinary team collaboration and communication. Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records. Commitment to patient education and advocacy.
