The successful candidate will work closely with physicians to manage patient care, focusing on disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our commitment to high-quality care and patient satisfaction is met at every level of the patient experience. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic plans. Prescribe medications, conduct follow-ups, and adjust treatments as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality of care and adherence to clinical guidelines. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance. Monitor patient outcomes and make recommendations for improving service delivery effectiveness. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive health assessments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prescribe and manage medications effectively Proficient in using electronic health records Commitment to continued professional development Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas Board certification by the AANP or AAPA Current BLS Certification (ACLS Certification may be required for certain specialties)
