Data collection will take place on 1/7/2026. The unit has a
capacity of 20 beds. There are staff members assigned for both day
and night shifts. The staffing includes 1 charge nurse and 10 RNs
per shift, with no support staff. The patient-to-nurse ratios are
2:1 for high acuity and 3:1 for low acuity. Equipment used in this
unit includes Baxter pumps, and the electronic medical record
system is Expanse. The preferred skill set includes experience with
intubation, central lines, endoscopy, tracheostomy, and chest
tubes. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is flexible
and maintains a positive attitude. Weekends will be required, with
4 weekend shifts per schedule. Requirements Required for Onboarding
