Job Description Full-Time Family or Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity Location:Dickinson, TX (Between Houston and Galveston) Practice Type:Privately Owned | Member of Privia Medical Group Join our well-established practice offers a blended model of primary care and urgent care, serving a diverse patient base ranging from age 2 to geriatric. We emphasize preventative care, chronic disease management, and holistic medicine, while also handling acute, non-life-threatening conditions typical of urgent care. About Our Practice: - Scope of Practice:Full-spectrum primary care and urgent care for mostly adult patients (Medicare ~3035%) with some pediatrics. Includes health maintenance, hormone therapy, weight loss management, and minor procedures. Experience or interest in BioTE/TRT and aesthetics a plus, but not required. - Established & Collaborative Team:Join a strong group including an experienced physician and 4 APPs, with APP oversight responsibilities as you grow into your role. - Flexible Scheduling:Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with staggered extended clinic hours and limited weekend urgent care. Once your panel is full, youll enjoy a half day off each week. - Modern Setup:On-site lab and phlebotomy, integrated EMR, and a streamlined workflow designed for patient care, not paperwork. - Patient Volume:Expect 2528 patients per day in a well-managed schedule that supports quality care. - No Call Requirements - Competitive Compensation:We offer a strong compensation package (inclusive of sign-on bonus and monthly stipends prior to start date) and complete benefits.
