Texas International Endoscopy Center is a state-of-the-art

and compassion.We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endoscopy
Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have
experience in gastroenterology procedures and a strong commitment
to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced
environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, including obtaining
medical histories and informed consent.
- Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures by managing
equipment and ensuring patient safety.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and sedation levels throughout
procedures.
- Provide post-procedure care and education to patients and their
families regarding recovery and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and
procedural details.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a
sterile environment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient
outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing

Skills:
- Current Texas RN license (required).
- BLS and ACLS certification (required).
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize
patient safety.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based care
model.
- EMR proficiency and accurate clinical documentation
habits.
- Knowledge of GI procedures, scopes, and post-anesthesia
recovery protocols is a plus.Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of nursing experience, ideally in a GI, endoscopy, or
surgical setting.
- Prior experience with moderate sedation, recovery room
protocols, and/or circulating in a procedure room is
preferred.
- Familiarity with infection prevention, patient safety
practices, and ASC workflows.
