Job Description:
The Phoenix Post-Acute is currently hiring Licensed Vocational
Nurses. Come join our team!Shift: Day and Overnight availableHours:
Full-time and PRN 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm- 6:00am
Will provide nursing care including administering prescribed
medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of
patients, observing patients and notifying physicians of
significant changes.
Qualifications:
The Phoenix Post-Acute is a modern, state-of-the-art care center,
conveniently located at 519 Ninth Avenue North, near Galveston Bay.
Our location provides easy access from the Emmett F Lowry
Expressway and serves the Southeast Houston, Texas City, and
Galveston areas. We feature 134 beds and beautiful spacious rooms
in both private and semi-private settings.
