industry, specializing in friction reduction agents and pipeline
fluid additives designed to optimize flow assurance and operational
performance across the energy sector.
Job Description
Lead sales strategy and execution for pipeline fluid additives or
friction reduction products nationwide. Drive revenue growth by
expanding market share, fostering strategic partnerships, and
providing exceptional sales leadership to regional
representatives.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to
achieve revenue targets and penetrate markets effectively.
Team Leadership: Set performance objectives, conduct evaluations,
and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key
clients and partners to understand needs and identify growth
opportunities.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to
expand customer base and market presence.
Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and
reports to track performance and communicate insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to align
sales efforts with company objectives and meet customer needs.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies,
regulations, and ethical standards.
Required Experience/Skills
Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in chemical, oil
and gas, or related industries.
Strong understanding of friction reduction agents and flow
assurance solutions within the oil and gas sector.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue
growth and capture market share.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales
teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with private equity-backed organizations.
Technical background in chemical engineering or fluid dynamics.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related
field preferred.
Pay & Benefits Summary
Target salary: $175,000 - $185,000 annual salary with a 20%
bonus.
