The role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as the People & Talent Director at Wallbox North America! Our ideal candidate is a high-energy and passionate HR professional with vast experience building programs, processes, and teams at a fast-paced and global organization.

As a People & Talent Director North America you will:
Develop, implement, and communicate a valued People & Talent strategy aligned to the global HR strategy and North America business plan.
Serve as trusted advisor to Executives and Senior Management in developing HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational results.
Partner with Business Leaders in shaping an organizational development strategy that advances the business towards continued growth, innovation, and improvement, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and high performance.
Oversee the hiring and development of the North America People & Talent team; manage and mentor your direct reports.
Manage the efficient implementation of P&T programs across North America, including Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Engagement
Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommended best practices and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance
Lead the development of quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which People & Talent programs can be evaluated, continuously finding ways to improve
Manage the development of workforce and cost planning, monitoring and ensuring optimal resource and budget allocation
Drive the leadership onboarding and integration process and program

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
8+ years experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar with strong experience managing people
High level of up to date industry knowledge regarding core HR disciplines, including Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Change Management, Performance Management, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards and Compensation
High level of knowledge around US Employment Law
Proven experience as a trusted advisor, meeting high standards in a high volume, fast-paced, and hands-on environment
Proven ability to influence all levels of the organization through trusting, respectful, and highly communicative relationships
Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive and complex global business issues
Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-performing international environment while ensuring strong attention to detail
Hands on attitude and ability to thrive in a "roll up your sleeves" environment; comfortable working with ambiguity and a changing environment
Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; comfortable with giving and receiving open, constructive feedback in ways that foster trust and respect
High level of proficiency with Microsoft and Google suite tools as well as HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
