Job Description:
HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Deer Park, TX is
looking for a Class A CDL Operator/Equipment Hauler to join their
safety conscious team! The CDL Operator is responsible for the safe
and proper execution of HPC Industrial jobs across all services
lines. Load and transports equipment with management oversight in
accordance with client and business requirements and company
policies, practices, and procedures. 70% Regional and 30% project
based travel required. TWIC and Tanker Endorsement preferred. CDL,
no manual restrictions. Manual transmission and hauling experience

safe work environments RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Act
as safety representative responsible for safety policies and
procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on
information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency
response and administrative functions; Perform routine maintenance
on company equipment being used on the job; Transport equipment and
personnel to and from customer locations; Completes pre and post
trip inspections, driver’s logs and complies with all other vehicle
policy and DOT requirements; Provide general maintenance in the
field; Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications: Specific vocational preparation including
classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential
experience gained on other jobs; Language proficiency: understand
English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to
instructions in emergency situations; Valid driver’s license, CDL
Class A and other requirements of company’s driving policy required
when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company
business; Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential
(TWIC) preferred; Must be knowledgeable in the operation of
emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers; Experience hauling
equipment; 1 year CDL / Driving experience. What does it take to
work for HPC-Industrial? High school diploma/GED or equivalent
experience. Class A CDL License required, no manual restrictions .
Flatbed, equipment hauling experience required. TWIC card and
Tanker Endorsements, preferred. Ability and availability to travel.
70% regionally and 30% out of state, project-based travel. About
