highly experienced Selling Technician who excels at both technical
diagnostics and closing repair and replacement opportunities . This
role is ideal for a technician who is confident in front of
homeowners, strong in system diagnostics, and motivated by
performance-based income. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and
service residential HVAC systems. Present repair and replacement
options to homeowners in a clear, professional manner. Convert
service calls into: High-value repairs Full system replacements
Indoor air quality upgrades Maintenance memberships Deliver a
5-star customer experience on every call. Complete digital
invoices, estimates, and job documentation. What We’re Looking For
5 years of residential HVAC experience Proven success as a selling
technician Strong diagnostic and airflow knowledge Excellent
communication and customer presentation skills EPA Certification
(required) Clean driving record Preferred: NATE Certification
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software Compensation &
