Job Description Job Description JOB TITLE: CORROSION TECHNICIAN BUSINESS PROFILE New-Hart Services Inc. specializes in painting, repairs, and maintenance of high voltage substation equipment. New-Hart services has a wide variety of clients in numerous industries such as: Refineries, Chemical Plants, Power Generation Facilities, Steel Mills, Mining Companies, Utility Companies, and Universities. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Responsible for hand prepping and coating transformers Blast and coat CSL Prepare and coat electrical equipment Some metal repairs Other duties related to job as assigned Out of town/overnight travel with crew required, estimated 3-4 nights per week Per Diem included for overnight travel Must be able to pass NASAP, DCCHT and DCCOF DISA drug tests. EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS Must have a valid TWIC Card Must be able to pass DISA drug tests and DISA background check PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Related experience, preferred. JOB TYPE & PAY Full-time position Temp to hire Pay starting at $17/hour or $18/hour with plant experience IF YOU CANNOT PASS A DRUG TEST, DO NOT APPLY.
