Job Description:

a) Complete Manufacturing engineering related support
b) Design & Implement tooling
c) Assembly process planning
d) Material handling equipment design
e) Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost
f) Systematic layout planning, production planning & control
g) Lean implementation
h) Time and motion study then line balancing
i) Racking system design for material stack up
j) Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
k) Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
l) Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
m) Material flow and standardization process support.
n) Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
o) Supporting to continuous improvement process.
p) Create new/ update existing manufacturing process documentation, e.g., tooling lists, setup requirements and standard work instructions
q) Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
