and operation of natural gas liquefaction capacity at Rio Grande
LNG. Through our subsidiaries, we are developing and constructing
the Rio Grande LNG natural gas liquefaction and export facility
near Brownsville, Texas, with approximately 48 MTPA of potential
liquefaction capacity currently under construction or in
development, sufficient space at the site for up to 10 liquefaction
trains, and a potential carbon capture and storage project.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE We are seeking a highly experienced, skilled,
and hands-on Sr. Manager of Compensation to join our dynamic and
growing Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our
organization's compensation programs to ensure they align with our
overall business strategy and support the attraction, retention,
and motivation of top talent. The Sr. Manager of Compensation will
play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, benchmarking
against industry standards, and developing competitive compensation
structures to enhance our employee value proposition. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES Design, review and update compensation programs,
policies, and structures to ensure alignment with the business
strategy and compliance with legal requirements for both exempt and
non-exempt employees. Conduct regular market analysis and
benchmarking, including participating in salary surveys, to ensure
our compensation packages and pay ranges remain competitive in the
industry. Recommend creative solutions to specific compensation
challenges. Lead job evaluation processes to establish clear and
consistent job levels and salary structures. Partner with HRBPs to
create update and level job descriptions. Collaborate with HRBPs,
recruiters and/or hiring managers to determine appropriate salary
offers for new hires and promotions, effectively balancing external
market with internal equity. Manage compensation processes, in
alignment with our performance review cycle, which includes equity
and cash budget modeling, merit and market increases, bonus
payments, promotions, adjustment and equity grants. Support the
development of summaries and presentations on the outcomes of these
processes for senior leadership. Partner with the Manager, HRIS in
the configuration and set up of the compensation module(s) of the
HR platform. Develop and deliver training and communications to
ensure that leaders and employees have a good understanding of our
compensation philosophy and programs. Administer equity programs,
including new grants, vesting events, trading authorization and
stock pool tracking and reporting. Regularly assess the
effectiveness of incentive programs and make recommendations for
improvements as needed. Stay abreast of relevant labor laws,
regulations, and industry trends to ensure the organization's
compensation practices are compliant. Collaborate with legal and
compliance teams to address any potential risks or issues related
to compensation. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or
relevant certifications (e.g., CCP) preferred. 10 years of proven
experience in compensation management, including designing and
implementing compensation structures and strategies in diverse and
dynamic organizations. Strong understanding of market trends in the
energy industry, benchmarking methodologies, and compliance
requirements related to compensation. Excellent analytical and
quantitative skills, with advanced skills in using Excel and other
data analysis tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to influence, articulate insights and
collaborate effectively across departments. High level of
integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Work
Environment This position operates in a professional office
environment with occasional work within or outside of a complex
construction environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers/fax, filing
cabinets, etc. This is primarily a sedentary role; however, the
incumbent must be able to stand and/or sit continuously to perform
all essential job functions for a full shift. The physical demands
