POSITION REPORTS TO: Manager Customer Account Setups WAGES: Commensurate with experience SCHEDULE: 9:00am – 6:00pm; Monday through Friday (some overtime, and occasional weekends) INTERNAL TRANSFERS : To qualify for an internal transfer at Sun Coast, you must have been in your current position for a minimum of one year, and be in good standing. RESPONSIBILITIES Create new accounts in SAP Handle situations in a responsible and professional manner Answer and respond to emails Answer department phones Map delivery locations for coordinates Recognize errors and resolve when necessary Create and release tank orders Other tasks and projects as assigned by manager REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Good telephone etiquette Professionalism Good written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated Good organizational skills Must have a strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Good typing skills Ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment Sun Coast Resources, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
