Job Description Job Description Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Title Clerk. The purpose of the Title Clerk is to process titles, verify costs, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, for the accounting department and prepare legal transfer documents to the DMV. Job Responsibilities Prepare tax and title documents in a timely manner. Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner. Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department. Post vehicle sales and purchases. Input inventory control information. Prepare trade-in vehicle jackets. Ensure that name and address files are updated on an ongoing basis. Perform other tasks as assigned. Perform work in conformance with all legal requirements regarding titles and other legal documents. Conform to the company's policies on non-discrimination and harassment and work in a cooperative and positive manner with all personnel. Maintain professional demeanor while on job. Web Dealer Experience Knowledgeable in issuing license plates Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ignite experience preferred.
