Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bilingual English/Spanish Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in both languages, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. -Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Input and update customer information in the company database.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. -Requirements:
    • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
