Start Date: ASAP About the Position Adelphi is seeking Advanced
Practitioners (Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners) to
provide healthcare services at various facilities across Harris
County, Texas. The ideal candidates will be responsible for
delivering clinical services in mobile health units and community
centers throughout the county, conducting patient diagnoses,
treatments, and health education for target populations at multiple

services. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. •
Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers. • Ensure
adherence to quality standards and the County's policies. • Any
other duties as assigned.
